Maple Syrup - 1 quart
Our maple syrup is made on our farm right down the road! We are a small scale producer - having around 300 taps. We started making the syrup because I would buy 5 gallons a year just for Ron's coffee. Ron likes his syrup thicker (more concentrated sugar) so our pancakes wouldn't disintegrate. Our syrup is 69% sugar rather than the 67% that most producers draw at. You will enjoy it on your pancakes, waffles and in your coffee for sweetener.
